We deliver as soon as possible! If you have ordered before 4 p.m. on working days, your order will be delivered the next day (with the exception of weekends, Mondays and Fridays and national holidays). 

It also sometimes happens that PostNL or the deliverer do not adhere to the delivery period or are extremely busy during special days.

As long as you have not received an email from us, the impediment does not come from us.

You will always receive a track & trace email from us, where you can track your package.

Returns 

Orders can be returned within 14 days. The products must be returned unused, in their original condition and with all tags and labels. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.
