Delivery
We deliver as quickly as possible! If you place your order on weekdays before 4:00 PM, it will be delivered the next day (excluding weekends, Mondays, Fridays, and National holidays).
Sometimes, PostNL or the delivery person may not adhere to the delivery period, especially during busy periods or holidays.
If you haven't received an email from us, the delay is not from our end.
You will always receive a track & trace email from us, allowing you to track your package.
Return Policy for Accessories and Dresses
We want you to love every purchase from us, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. Please note that we do NOT accept sale dresses and hygiene items like earrings or shapewear. These items cannot be restocked or resold once they have been opened or worn. If you need to return an accessory or dress purchased from us, please follow these simple steps:
- Fill out our return form online, providing all the necessary details including your order number, item description, and reason for return.
- Ensure the item is in its original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or damages.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Send the package back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, whichever you prefer.
All additional costs for returns, such as customs clearance fees and shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer.
